  • What all is included in the rental price?

    We offer the option of Will Call pickup from our office location or delivery/pickup with set-up and tear down. We do require a minimum $150 rental order for delivery/pickup plus fees. Some items such as crystal candelabras will require delivery and setup. All Will Call pickup orders require items to be picked up in an enclosed vehicle or truck.

  • Is there a minimum required for rentals?

    Yes, we do require a minimum of $50 on all Will Call pickup rental orders and a $150 minimum rental order for delivery/pickup.

  • Do you drop-off and pick-up all items?

    For Will Call pick-up/delivery orders, the client is responsible for picking up all rental items and returning at the end of rental period. Delivery, set-up, and break-down options are available at an additional cost.

  • How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?

    All rentals are based on a first come, first serve basis so we highly recommend that you reserve as soon as you select your items.

    We do require a 24-48 hour window for all rental items to ensure that items are available and pulled properly.

  • What if an item is missing/broken during my rental?

    The Renter is held responsible for any loss or damage to any rental items. All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received except for ordinary wear and tear. We allow a grace period to return missing items. If the items are not returned to PGDR or broken, the credit card on file will be charged the replacement cost without notification.

  • Are rental items included if I book you for planning?

    Our rental division is separate from our planning services. However, we would love to help you select those “Must-have Items” and get them secured for your event.

  • How many staff members will be on-site at my wedding?

    The number of on-site staff will depend on the planning package selected and the number of guest for your wedding. This will be one of the topics we cover during our consultation.

  • Can I hire you for decorating-only?

    Absolutely! As much as we would love to be a part of the planning process, we completely understand if you have that area covered. We will work hand and hand with your selected planner to make this event picture perfect.
